Customer Terms & Conditions – Al Waha Trading Co.

Thank you for choosing Al Waha Trading Co. We value your trust in our products and services and are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality support across all your HVAC and refrigeration needs.

Warranty Policy

Al Waha Trading Co. provides a 3-year comprehensive warranty on air conditioning units
The compressor must be thoroughly inspected for any technical or electrical faults prior to installation, as the warranty will not be applicable once installation is completed.
We guarantee all HVAC components and systems supplied are free from manufacturing defects in both materials and workmanship.
Inspection or diagnostic visit charges will be clearly communicated prior to the visit and will be deducted from the final invoice if service proceeds.
Service appointments are scheduled within 3–6 working days, depending on location. For remote areas, scheduling will be coordinated at the earliest available time.
Large-scale systems will adhere to the warranty terms specified in the official project agreement.
Products must be collected within 7 days of the invoice date; unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

Improper use or neglect of product operation manuals.
Physical damage, exposure to external factors, or mishandling.
Repairs conducted by unauthorized personnel or use of non-genuine parts.
Errors in installation by third parties.
Consumable items such as refrigerants, compressor oil, standard wear-and-tear items, electronics, and external frame components.
Investigation or repair of non-warranty issues — these will be invoiced separately and paid by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please retain your original invoice as it is required for any return or exchange.
Complete HVAC units may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt.
Spare parts or HVAC components can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the invoice date.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for processing.
If a return is requested due to change of mind, exchange, or other non-defect reasons, delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
Opened boxes are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Al Waha does not accept returns or exchanges on:

Installed or used products.
Custom or special-order items.

Service Notes & Safety Requirements

Customers must provide access tools such as ladders or scaffolding for elevated installation areas.
For gated or secure zones, customers are responsible for obtaining site access in advance to prevent delays.
The work area must comply with basic safety requirements; unsafe environments may delay or prevent installation.
The installation team does not perform electrical wiring or civil work like concrete coring.
Maximum supported scaffold height is 3 meters or more.
We are not responsible for cooling performance in:

Manholes or non-standard locations.
Improperly sized rooms relative to unit capacity.
Sites with pre-installed or damaged piping systems.

If the customer is absent for over 30 minutes at the scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled and must be rebooked.

Delivery & Installation Terms

Product delivery begins within 5–7 working days after arrival at our warehouse.
Timelines may vary based on your city or logistics partner.
Customers will receive delivery updates via email or SMS.

Liability Disclaimer

Al Waha Trading Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized servicing, mishandling, or misuse of products after delivery.

Force Majeure Clause

We are not responsible for any delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of our offerings and to maintain fairness for all customers, we kindly inform you that warranty claims or replacements cannot be honored once the product is installed or used. We strongly encourage inspection and verification prior to installation to ensure complete satisfaction.
